New to Rupes - Trigger Pull Question
Hi all. My wife just got me a LHR15 Mark III for my birthday to replace my trusty old PC. I just unboxed the Rupes and notice at the end of the trigger pull there's a clicking noise and you can feel it as you approach the end of the trigger's travel. It doesn't feel good/right to me but maybe it's supposed to be that way? Thanks.

Re: New to Rupes - Trigger Pull Question
Idk but the mark 3 is an awesome machine. She picked the perfect long throw to upgrade with because it doesn't stall on curves.
Put it this way. The G15 (I own one) is unusable in comparison. I really believe that.
I went from hating long throws to dying to spend more big money on a Mark III 21mm machine.

So no answer to the man's question?
Just an "IDK" then a bash on the Griot's machine?
Not a very helpful post, IMO.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

This is just a guess. Can it be when the progressive trigger is at the end it's clicks in to full throttle? Hope others that have or have used the Mark III or the Mille can shaim in on how their are.

Not nearly as useless as your post. At least I had something to say about the great gift he received. It's a major improvement in the long throw class. I also own a Rupes MarkIII and its a wonderful machine that doesn't stall. I know he'll be happy with it.
Unfortunately I don't any information about the trigger pull issue. At least my information was relevant to the thread unlike your post which was completely worthless. Is this what you do now? Follow me around threads to criticize my posts?
How about you leave me alone and stop stalking me around the forum? Get over it and move on with your life.
I'm not going to report you but if I did I would be well within my rights.

Is it just the locking mechanism that locks the trigger in the own position so you don't have to hold it?

Re: New to Rupes - Trigger Pull Question
Thanks for responding again, that first post left me scratching my head.
I suspect it's related to the trigger lock mechanism, what I'm wondering is whether part of that mechanism is in the trigger's travel when it shouldn't be? If it's normal that's fine like maybe a detent before full speed but I want to know that from other owners? But if the trigger/speed is variable through its full range you can't squeeze it without passing this "click".
