don't they have a proof reader for your script, at 14:04 instead of saying "replacing the oils in the leather" you said "replacing the oil in the oil". Sorry to bring it up
Otherwise it was a great show, sorry I missed it with you guys Mike, maybe next week

Good catch Robert, there's always a mistake on every show I watch, it just depends upon how closely you watch for mistakes and how well you know the subject matter.
Detailers will probably catch more mistakes than the general viewing audience of TV viewers.
Recently we uploaded a how-to feature on using rotary buffers on Two Guys Garage in the link below and in this feature Bryan and I talked about slinging product, then I go to pick up my bead of product using the 10 @ 10 Technique and sling some product. Kind of humbling but hey... mistakes happen...
Removing Swirls with Flex PE14 Rotary Buffer on Two Guys Garage
I worked at Hewlett-Packard for a number of years and one of their rules for giving feedback was if you're going to point out a mistake, or issue or problem, at the same time you have to point out a solution or what is working right. So while there are always going to be mistakes, I hope the TV audience will appreciate the tips and techniques that will help them...
Thanks Robert!

Great Episode. Mike I think you should hand off the work to Sam and let you watch. You could use it for a learning experience for a how to for us novices.

Second season looks much better than the first.
The first season seemed too unscripted and Mike was faced with commenting on a w-i-d-e variety of cars and speaking with owners who were best left unseen and unheard.
Pluses for season 2:
Shooting at Autogeek results in more control and a better "look" to the show.
A guest allows Mike to have a more flowing conversation about what he's doing and keeps owners' comment to a minimum. Face it. Owners aren't used to being interviewed. I thought two of the owners in the first episode might have strokes before the end of the show. I was actually rooting for them to finish their sentences.
Negatives for season 2:
I never thought I'd see a TV show with more product placement than My Classic Car, but I was wrong. The only bits that weren't commercials were the 30 second gaps left for local commercials. Shows like Stacey David's Gearz and Two Guys' Garage may be all commercials, but at least you follow the guys through the entire process of installing or using the products being hawked.
Way too many segments. It seems that you could run out cars before the end of the season - maybe even products! One pass on a 2' X 2' section of Packard fender? And, the camera shot didn't even show the before/after! Talking about using top cleaner and top protectant on the Buick? Just talking about using the products???? Wiping a small portion of the Porsche seat?
Showing the process for each product will make a show that isn't a collection of one minute commercials.
