    Not me....

I have the 3M de-nibber and it works pretty good for this.

Last time I de-nibbed a paint job I just took the caveman approach.
(as caveman as you can get with #5000 grit Trizact)

    From this write-up...

How long to wait before waxing a brand new car?

Under florescent lights we found some DIP or Dirt in Paint, these looked and felt like small particles of dirt that somehow land in the paint while it's still wet.

Here they are with circles drawn around them to make it easier to see where they were. I used a 3" Trizact Disc in #5000 grit to lightly sand them flat Then buffed out my sanding marks using the Rupes Mini 12 with the Rupes Blue Foam Cutting Pad and matching Rupes Compound.

    Finished results....

These work really well if you want to keep it simple, just be sure to dress the blocks first and then soak them in water till they sink to the bottom of your bucket.

How to use Meguiar's Unigrit Sanding Blocks to remove runs and dirt nibs in paint

When we we're working on the Lincoln, Nebraska project to wetsand, cut and buff a 1969 AMX Ben the painter used the Unigrit Sanding Blocks to knock down some dirt nibs...

They work great for runs and sags too....

    Back and forth direction
Holding the Unigrit Sanding Block firmly, use a fast back and forth motion to sand the run down flat.

    Use fingers as a guide
On the panel below, the run was just below a raised body line. The run was too close to the raised body line to use tape to cover the body line so instead I placed my fingers on the raised body line and used my fingernails as a guide or bumper to prevent my hand motion from running the sanding block over the paint on the raised body line.
