    LG Motorsports C6 Corvette

From the show Forza2 motorsport showdown on speed channel.

    The LG Motorsports C6 corvette

Most of the decals were removed per the new owners request. Which left all the glue residue to take off. And also he wanted the drivers name taken off of the driver side roof.

The vette was very dirty and had alot of bonded contaminants, since being on the track. I am so glad I had the new Surf City's "Grime Destroyer".

    Tires and Rims
Dawn soap wheel brush and a little grime destroyer. Metal polish on the outer aluminum rim. Tires received Surf City Beyond Black Tire Pro

    The Wash
Dawn soap, the black wheel shmitt, a razor blade and grime destroyer. Sprayed GD on the decal residue on the windows. Then used the razorblade to scrape off the junk. The GD just melted the residue away. Then sprayed GD on all the lower panels, and what was left of the decal residue. The Shmitt worked great, and made cleaning so much easier.

    The Interior
Just a basic wipe down, and a vac. It looked like new inside.

    The Gameplan
Clay the whole car, carefull around the remaining decals. Then the PC with Z-AIO on a LC org pad. Spread at about 2-4speed then turned up to speed 6. I choose a sealent this tme for yellow. And out came DP Premium Surface Shield. It is one of the easiest products to wipe off.

    Enjoy, I know I did

nice job very cool car too, hopefully it will be getting dirty again for you at the track!

id be real nervous doing that thing with all the vinyl

and if the sticker residue is anything like the stuff thats on new cars from the protection plastic, i know its a PITA! you keep finding it in new spots whenever ya look at the car

Great job. IMO, LGM is the best tuner for Vettes, excellent setup for n/a builds and track setups. Buddies C6Z had work done there, head, cams, exhaust etc.
