Thanks Tommy, if by prepped you mean a polished and sealed, coated, or waxed vehicle the 4Hp is capable but you would regret getting it after you later tried the 8hp. I ordered the 4 and my buddy Jim told me don't do it if your gonna spend the money do it right! Well, I called up AG and switched the order to 8 HP before it had shipped. And I'm very grateful I did.

Corey, I had a cool use for mine the other week: my wife had inadvertently sucked up a sock in the vacuum hose. I disconnected it and took it into the garage and attached the MB to the other end and let both switches go at once. That bloody sock flew out like a bullet, hehehehehehe.

Yup that is why I meant by prepped. I will go big or go home when I'm ready to pick one of these up. Thanks again for all the feedback.

    Re: Review: Metro Master Blaster

I bought a MB about a month ago. I'd like to say it's the best thing since sliced bread, but I can't say that because I'm having problems with my house. Yes, my house. Turns out the previous homeowners (also known as "hacks") installed the outdoor outlet by tapping into a 15amp circuit that was already near capacity. Unless we turn off the cable box, all the lights down stairs, and don't run the washing machine, I can only run the MB for about 5 mins before tripping the breaker.

Our 100 amp panel is at capacity and we're getting it upgraded to a 200 amp here in the near future. When the 200 amp goes in I'll rewire the outdoor outlet and put it on it's own circuit.

In the meantime no MB for me!
