Here's what I know, the results you see are the results from one thorough application. Then I took pictures.
My guess is - a person could wipe the tires down with a towel after initial application to "matte" the shine down. This is normal for most tire dressings.
Too bad the car was wrecked.
Here's what I'm going to do thought, the next time I wash my own car, and machine scrub the tires, I'll apply this product just like I did to this streetrod and take a picture and monitor the results over time.
As long as a tire dressing or coating is DRY to the touch after application I'll use it on my own cars. If it stays gooey or greasy or oily or slimey? No way.

Interesting. I too prefer a matte look to all that shine, so I will be interested to see how the tires hold up especially after rain.
Also, I have been told it is not polite to talk about your bowels in public, and I would certainly not advocate putting any tire dressing in your bowels. I think you meant bowls
