Old PC Non Xp or Cyclo 5 Pro?

I have a PC 7424 the one before the Xp that i sometimes use and i have a Cyclo 5 Pro the newest one i think. The cyclo is brand new and i don't want to open it because i want to trade it for a flex but not sure yet.

Is the Cyclo 5 more powerful than the old pc? And which one is better at correction?

    Thanks

I would give the edge to the Cyclo for being more powerful than the first generation Porter Cable DA Polisher. The Cyclo offers both forced rotation and free spinning oscillation. The Porter Cable offers only free spinning oscillation.

Not sure I can help you with which direction to go...

The Cyclo is forced-rotation?? I never realized that--I guess maybe if I used mine more I would have picked up on that, eh?

Re: Old PC Non Xp or Cyclo 5 Pro?

Well, do both make a good combo? The cyclo came with 4 blue brushes and 4 soft grey brushes and the kit that costs 75 and like 30 bonnets. It would be too much of a hassle to trade to sell or trade for a flex.

I will probably be doing 20% correction and 80% washing and polishing and just waxing. So, go for the cyclo? I want something that doesn't vibrate much and i can do it faster with the cyclo. People say the cyclo won't reach some areas, but i can use the PC. Didn't know the cyclo was a bit more powerful. So i'll stay with the cyclo. Thanks again for your help mike.

One more q. Is Menzerna super extensive polish, super finish, finishing glaze and powerlock a good combination to use with the cyclo?

Also, i like that its a good carpet and leather cleaner with the right attachments and how good would it be at removing really hard water spots on paint?

Also, i have never used microfiber pads on the pc. Will it be a difference in cutting ability and defect removal than with a yellow pad and 105?
