Assuming you washed with care - two-bucket, yada yada - I'll guess very little. Certainly less than what 'came off' from a week of driving and dealing with the elements and U/V rays. Souveran isn't something you generally gauge by durability, but all things being equal, you can expect a month or two of great looks and a modicum of protection. The nice thing about it - you'll know its degrading when you notice a decrease in gloss and depth.
After putting on a coat of Souveran paste wax and the following week washing with Pinnacle Body Shampoo,
how much of the wax will come off?
IMHO...Depends on Technique:
1.
How thick was the cured film-layer of Souveran you originally applied?
(I'll guess around a few millionths of an inch...0.00000078740157480315"...more or less.)
2.
(a.) What "tools", other than Pinnacle Body Shampoo, are you going to use to wash the vehicle?
(b.) What washing-processes are you going to employ?
(Downward-force vs. Gravity, for example, could be a factor in LSP removal amounts.)
(c.)Remember: Every time an LSP is "touched", by man or nature,
it's being reduced/removed, to some extent.

The Pinnacle wash is designed not to strip waxes and is a very light soap all considered. You can certainly use the Souveran Spray Wax to boost after each wash also as desired.
