    That's terrible, Monica. As someone who had had to refinish a basement twice because of flooding and sewage backup, I feel for you. Yes, the joys of home ownership.

    That's horrible...

    I was just discussing this with the bass player in my band yesterday. Same thing happened to his house.

    And here I thought you guys were just busy setting up for the up-coming detailing gtg.

    Good to hear no unnecessary drama with the insurance. That can get annoying fast. Hope the clean up & plumbing goes well. Stinky odor be gone!

    I'm gonna just throw this out,isn't that a county promblem?. I live in south fla and had some promblems and the county absorbed it.

    Where I live the homeowner is responsible for everything from the street to the house. And if you are tying onto a new service, about $2500 to tie into the sewer.
