lol, I just got the bid for a Commercial building thats actually owned by the listing agents company, of which they want to know buy to expand their Real Estate business. I got the bid, after he was jerked around by two other guys and lost money upfront. Not going to get into all the financing jargon as most on here will pry think I'm speaking a foreign language lol

. But pulling this off, he wants my company to be their in-house/go-to place for financing for their Commercial division. All I do is pretty much Commercial, but this is excellent to grow with that. I already have another LLC on the side of which in the next few months will be our main company. And we eventually want to expand and open an Equipment Leasing division....

Biz partner and I left our companies last year and started this operation up......been one long, hard, stressful year of which is finally paying off for all the work

....especially with the RE market collapse

Sounds like the praying for you part should've been requested when you took the leap and branched out on your own.

Yea I'm with MorotrCity Honday, congrats to you Surfer Dude!

Sounds like all that hard work is starting to pay off.

Keep us posted, I'm always curious as to how things go with you...your field is quite interesting and I seem to get pulled through investment partmeners in that direction too..the commercial side that is.

Its far from over....what a mess. Moyna Properties is next door to my office, their like the #1 Forclosure RE Team, their biz is off the charts, it insane. The owners are very cool though (husband and wife). They have around 300+ listings at any given time. I had 5 referrals the other week, and all 5 appraisals were fine but lenders are all cutting values to lessen their risk and some had forclosures in the area bringing value down, all 5 are basically upside down on their homes...sad. Thank the greed brokers + speculators + risky loans = cluster $%@# lol. Remember Miami condo boom, jeezus, my family did well on pre-construction but we picked the right projects, others bought whatever and got burned, its so sleazy down there...everyone greases each others hands.

Market needed a major correction and this is it. BTW -I'm dealing with one of your companies divisions right now on a deal, Vertice (was Amnet), now World/Wachovia/Vertice cross sell products.
