CarPro Glass Pads on Flex 3401

I have a question which i couldn`t find here in forum.

CarPro Rayon Glass Polishing Pad – 5 Inch: Can i use this pads with FLEX XC3401 Changeable Backing Plate System or I need something else.

Glass Rayon Polishing Pad - 3 Inch: And what about this pads on Flex 3401. "The FLEX XC3401 Changeable Backing Plate System by Lake Country allows you to change from a 4 inch backing plate to a 6 inch backing plate using a specially designed gear plate" but this are 3inch pads. What are the options here.

    Thanks.

To use the 5" glass pad on the Flex you would need the 4 3/8 plate.

You can not use any 3" pad on the Flex. The smallest plate for it is 3". A 3" plate is not possible on this machine.

I think flex 3401 will do the job with carpro glass pads, i`ve read a lot about this, some have very good results even with Griots DA polisher.

Just remember the Flex is forced rotation coupled with the thin glass pads on glass may produce an un-enjoyable experience.
