PC 7424 user looking to graduate to a FLEX

So as the title states im looking to get into a Flex polisher been using the PC7424 for a little over a year an a half.. I feel I am ready to graduate to a FLEX..

Any concerns i should consider? Obviously a few practice runs on some hoods from the junk yard will be in a affect..

    Thnx..

Year and a half with a pc makes you more than qualified to run a flex da. It's not a rotary.

You should pick up on it pretty quick if you're getting the 3401 but its not the hood where you will need the practice, its the side panels.

This forum covers all Flex polishers so he could be talking about a rotary

Wouldnt the Flex Da be the same as the PC7424?
Or is it a bit stonger?
Why would the side panels be more of an issue?

    Thnx again for your responses..

The Flex has a forced rotation as well as a random orbit (like the PC) combining the two does the correction of a rotary while being safe on your paint like a PC.

So basically it jiggles like a PC and spins like a rotary at the same time

I had never touched any polisher in my life. I spent 2 hours with the GG6 before I moved to the Flex 3401. I was worried too and almost didn't get it but thanks to Dwayne at AG and a few minutes of internal flip-flopping on my part I was reassurred of it. You'll be fine. And you may find true love
