Has anybody tried connecting their AG foam gun (Gilmour) to a pressure washer? I think some of the guys in the UK use it like this. Seems like too expensive of an experiment if it didn't work.
Sounds interesting lol....who knows, maybe the higher pressure of the water and cleaning action of the soap would work even better then normal? How would you hook it up though?
I have seen it done but didn't look to close at how it was done. But it does work. I would assume you would need to adjust the pressure. But bassically, you take the nozzle out of the equation. The quick disconnect on the hose part goes straight to the foam container part.

Whoops, problem. Yeah Surfer all of the quick connects and threads are different for high pressure and garden hose hook up. The foam gun is garden hose type thread. I'm going to stop by a hardware store to see if there's an adaptor.
This could get risky. Your pressure washer might blow it to Seattle.
i believe the max operating pressure for a foam gun is around 80psi...so your 1500 psi+ on the pressure washer probably is not the safest bet...go with a foam cannon/foam lance...look it up on google...there are plenty of people who make them and most are actually cheaper than a foam gun....you will be surprised how much more foam a cannon/lance puts out compared to a regular foam gun....your car will look like it has shaving cream all over it...
