How to wash microfiber cloths?
Hey guys I got some Edgeless Eagle microfiber cloths...just wondering how I should wash them?
What detergent should I use?
Washer: What cycle should I put? Cold water?
Dryer: Tumble dry low and low heat?

Re: How to wash microfiber cloths?
You can use any detergent as long as they dont have all those extra fabric softener, bleach, perfume etc etc
Personally I use 3d towel kleen
and tumble dry, but If time isn't issue I air dry them.

How to wash microfiber cloths?
You could use from your local store
Tide free & gentle
All free & clear
Or
Any Microfiber detergent from Autogeek (3D towel kleen, microfiber restore, etc.)
Wash on warm water (no fabric softener). I've washed it on hot as well with no problems
I also put in a table spoon or more (depending on amount of towels) of distilled white vinegar for the rinse cycle
I also do a second rinse cycle
I then put it in the dryer for 3 or 4 minutes on low (no dryer sheets), remove and then hang dry
It's more than a car...Keep it clean

I use free and clear, extra water, spin, and extra rinse, and high speed spin. I use warm water. To dry I use the lowest setting just above air fluff.

I set my wash machine to hot water and use an actual mf towel cleaner. Currently using the Wolfgang mf detergent. Let it run the rinse cycle on its own and when completed set it to run a second rinse cycle and add distilled white vinegar. I add about a cup.
Wolfgang Microfiber Cleaner and Rejuvenator
When its time to dry set the dryer to the lowest heat setting or no heat. Do not add any form of fabric softener. When then come out of the dryer inspect for foreign debris.

I also go a step further and iron out my towels with a lint roller to help remove any loose fibers/lint.

Re: How to wash microfiber cloths?
Thought I read somewhere not to use hot/warm water to wash...
So I wash mine with 3D Towel Kleen and a splash of Griots Micro Fiber & Foam Pad Cleaner using cold water and an extra rinse cycle.
Dry on low heat (setting just above air fluff). They come out great every time and ready to go back to work.

+1 for 3d towel kleen.
Its very sudsy so I always do an extra rinse. (15min wash at 30 degrees C and then a 15 min rinse only cycle)
