    Best Looking WOWA Sealant?

Wipe On Walk Away (WOWA) sealants are a new animal for me as I have been using traditional sealants like DG 105 and spray sealants like Gtechniq C2V3 so far, all of which need to be at least buffer with a microfiber.

I want to try a WOWA sealant that is relatively easier to use and my only criteria is looks. I don't care about durability as the whole idea of an easy to use sealant would be to use it often and enjoy the application. The usual suspects I have read about are the following but I am not sure which one will look better on a dark blue metallic paint:

    • UPGP
    • Zaino Crystal Seal
    • Opti Seal
    • Blackfire Crystal Seal

There may be others that I am not aware of but I am keen to find the one that has better looks - a little warmth & depth unlike the typical look of sealants.

Nothing...I repeat nothing is easier to use than Carpro hydro2. You don't even need to have the word wipe in the equation. Easily 3 months protection and when you drive in rain the car practically washes itself. The gloss and slickness are quite impressive.

As far as wanting the look of a non sealant (I'm assuming you are referring to carnauba look) good luck on that. Two that qualify for that in my experience are the four star and Wolfgang sealants but they are wowo.
In my day we didn't have the Internet, iPods,iPads, or smart phones....but we had some really bad-azz cars.

I only have experience with Z-CS and Opti Seal. I prefer Opti Seal.
Hope that adds to your elimination process.

    Wolfgang Deep Gloss Liquid Seal
    And
    Opti Seal

    Easy as hell...

You might have to buff because its so easy to over apply..you wont believe how little you need.
I apply in "+" fashion to get full coverage

Thanks. It would, if you can help me understand why Z-CS was eliminated. Purely based on looks or price, ease of use was also considered?

My vote goes to BFCS after using it, Z-CS and Opti-seal. BFCS seemed slickest to me and Z-CS has highest cost.

Crystal Seal, it's the best. Close second Wolfgang Liquid Seal. But crystal seal is amazing.
    Back to the full-time grind.

Griot's Paint Sealant works for me, it's been a few months since I sealed it and holding up well.
Oh and it also gives me a great shine.
Just last night I noticed two water spots, It was starting to etch, took a pad and polish and it came right off.

Ultima Paint Guard hands down. I don't use it anymore since I got hooked on coatings. The key with UPGP is less is more!
