It's great! I had a really bad swirled up Subaru Forester (looked like it was washed with a scotch brite pad) and finished out great. The paint was burgundy and had a lustrous finish.
I think UC is also marketed as being a bit more friendly for use with the DA, whereas the 105 is better suited for use with a rotary.
Personally, I have used both with the DA. To me, the 105 is better suited for tackling tough swirls or scratches, but it dusts fairly quickly and I tend to have to spritz with detail spray to keep it working for awhile. The UC is overall more pleasant due to being able to keep the DA working for longer on a section.
