Try a test spot with the Total Swirl Remover and the orange pad. Look at it in the sun and if the holograms are removed and you are happy continue on. But if not, get some M105 to try on the orange pad. Maybe even pick up a pack of Surbuf pads.

Yes. More than sufficient enough. Might even be able to do it with a less aggressive pad like a polishing pad. I would test the polishing pad first because if you can remove the swirls with the polishing pad you'll be further ahead towards your goal versus using a aggressive cutting pad.
The key for any swirl removal job is to not tackle to large an area at one time.

I talked to a guy today that was trying to apply and then remove product at the same time with their PC, that's not going to work very well.
After buffing a section, immediately wipe off any residue.
