Question Natural looking dressing for engine?

Do you guys know of a natural looking dressing that will hold up to the heat under the hood and does not turn into a dust magnet? I did a search and it seems like everyone is using something different. Some shine others not so much.. what are you guys using in the natural or matte look?

303 Protectant ... light matte but not appreciable and water based so no dirt/dust attraction.

    UTTG without question.
    Withstands temperatures up to 500F.
No dust attraction like the others.
    Lasts for many months.

    CD2 on the truck
    303 on the T-Bird
    UTTG on the wifes Lexus

I originally did my truck first when I found AG(and you guys)and first brought the CD2,since then I tried 303 which I really like and also use it on the interior of my truck and T-Bird and finally UTTG which I like for exterior trim but not as much on the engine.

Anyone here tried CarPro PERL as an engine dressing? What are your thoughts? I bought it to dress the engine on my 2011 Mustang, but tried it first in the cab of my Super Duty (at a higher dilution ratio) where it has performed admirably.

Why don't you like UTTG on the engine?

Are we talking about plastic parts, or rubber hoses...and there are plated metal parts like hose fittings, passivated zinc plating that always oxidises.

303 is good for the rubber parts, the hoses and the rubber bumpers and so on. The hose fittings i like to use silicone, but maybe there is some kind of wax stuff that would work better...?
