sheepskin or microchenille wash mitt?
What is your opinion? I have a china bristle brush that I use on my DD Subaru Forester but WILL NOT use it on my vette. Using the 2 bucket method with grit guards, which is best or is there something better than what I mentioned.

Had to do with preference. They are both find. I like sheepskin ![Smile](https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/images/smilies/smile.png)

Depends. I use both. I have a handful of sheepskin mitts, cobra blue chenile mitts, and even grout sponges.
My question is why would you use something on your dd that you would not use on your vette? If it will not touch my Cobra, it will not touch my Toyota.

I have both MF and lambswool mitts. I prefer the lambswool, the MF mitts feel a bit grabby on the paint to me. My DoDo wookie fist is my very favorite mitt.

I like a wool mitt and I wash with my hand in the mitt. I can easily control the mitt and including pressure but still use both.

I have a couple sheepskin and micro fiber mitts, but I still reach for my cotton chenille wash pads 9 out of 10 times. The pads I use are identical to the Swissvax wash pads.

Lets complicate this a little more with the addition of the Lake Country wash sponge. ![Wink](https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/images/smilies/wink.png)
Lake Country Foam Car Wash Sponge, big blue wash sponge, lake country sponge, lake country grout sponge, car wash, shampoo

I've only used it a couple times so far but I kind of I like it. I think it might get the car a little cleaner than a wool mitt, which is what I normally use. It definitely holds a lot of suds.
I never trusted chenille mitts not to scratch the paint as well as wool, but I have no evidence that it would.

I often use a thick, soft MF towel as another option.
