Textured Powder Coat - how to clean/protect?

Hi, first post here... My stock bumpers on my Ram 1500 are Powder Coated black with a light texture to them. Also, the nerf bars I’m planning on buying will also have similar finish on them. I tried to use a microfiber with some waterless wash on my front bumper and it didn’t go so well because of the rough texture. What is the best way to clean and protect them? Is there a product I could just spray on and not have to wipe off like some tire dressings? Thank you for reading and any input.

I use a small brush with soapy water to clean. As for protection, I'll blow dry my powder coated wheels and use Wolfgang Liquid seal or Opti-Seal.
