"Blue spots" under my paint job

So i have a brand new chevy truck (black) and as I was washing it today i noticed what appeared to be blue spots under the clear coat on the hood. The spots are smaller than a pencil eraser but the truck is brand new and i have no idea what or why they are there. The finish is smooth to the touch. These spots are only on the hood

Does anyone know what this is and how do i fix it ?

    Thanks

If its under the clear then there is nothing you can do about it.

Some pictures may be benefical. If they are under the CC the only way to fix it would be a repaint of the hood. But 1st step is to determine what they are and where they are... Pictures may help...

You may be surprised at how well they can match the paint. I wouldn't even worry about it.

Can you feel it , if so could it be overspray ??? Claying might help with that one.

Also could it be the etching/effects from acid rain ??? On black sometimes small water marks appear blue. First step is to paint cleanse, then polish and wet-sanding would be final option.

Take it back to the dealer Monday morning freshly washed. Tell them you will not be tolerant of a hacked up swirly mess either

What is this Avatar you speak of. Is it a sealant or a glaze

The avatar is the picture in the upper left hand corner just below the screen name. In my case it is the picture of my car, just below where it says DARK HORSE...
