LSN Autodetailing - 2014 Lincoln Navigator
A great business man once told me, "Do business with those you do business with." In this case, a 2014 Lincoln Navigator which belongs to the owner/operator of the only car service I will ever use.
I knew I had to dial in the proper correction, because this could not be a two-step job as he needed to get back on the road for his living. I was also down one person as Interior Gal (who does help with exteriors) was sick and on the couch.
12 hours and a lot of pain.. (just came back for the chiropractor).
Exterior:
Decontaminated front (bugs/bird poop) - McKee's bug scrubber and Tarminator
Wheels - Megs D143 and various wheel woolies
McKee's Iron Remover
AG Foam Cannon / Chenille Wash Mitts / 2BM / Megs Hyper Wash mixed with Optimum No-rinse wash-n-shine
Exhaust Tip - Pinnacle Exhaust tip cleaner / Lake Country Exhaust Tip Scrubber
Nano Skin Mild Clay Mitt - Megs D114 for Clay Lube
Test spots: The hood was bad! Severe scratches on leading edge of hood, appears as though the front scraped under something, perhaps a gate arm at an airport?
- We tested GG Fast Correcting Cream w/ GG BOSS MF Pad against Megs 105 and GG BOSS MF Pad with G15. The 105 was the winner, however it left a light haze.
- We followed up the hood with a two step of Megs 205 with a BOSS Yellow Finishing Pad.
- The rest of the vehicle was Boss Fast Correcting Cream and BOSS White Foam Pads. This was the perfect combo to cut fast, but finish off with high gloss!
- For the roof and front bumper cover we used HD Speed with LC CSC Orange Pads
- LSP Megs Ultimate Fast Finish (WOW! First time using it!!!) Applied with Ultima Microfiber Applicator and Plush Jr. MF's
- Black Fire AIO Tire & Trim for plastic Trim and tires, hood cowel and detailed engine and engine bay.
- CarPro DLUX on auto-retracting side running boards.
- CarPro DLUX on Wheels
- Pinnacle Crystal Glass Cleaner with water repellent
At the end of the day, (92 degrees) I was hot, tired and the owner was beside himself.
Thanks!

Awesome work. Looks like new. Or in your case “Looks So New”
The paint didn’t look too bad for being 4-5 years old.

You do some incredible work, Paul. Seriously.
Thanks for sharing that.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Looks great, Paul!!( as do all your jobs ). A large, black SUV....that's a serious amount of real estate to tackle! But they sure do look great when they are cleaned up and detailed properly.

Nice work. I have nightmares about Big black SUVs.
People always seem to complain about M105 saying that it's old and dusts too much. That's true, but it sure gets the job done.
No engine bay shots?

Good work. I imagine working in that hot AZ (approaching summer) temperature, even if you're in the garage, probably still feels very hot.
