defective Deep Gloss Pain Sealant ?
I opened my first bottle of this stuff and I was expecting a lotion like consistency. Instead, it looks almost like oil and water. Ive shaken the hell out of it but it doesn't come out with a lotion like feel. It comes out more like water with yellow stuff that's separated from the liquid. Is this normal? If not, do I send it back, ask for a refund, etc? I still used it but it just didn't feel right coming out of the bottle in it's currently liquid form.

Re: defective Deep Gloss Pain Sealant ?
Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant is of a thinner consistency and was designed this way for ease of application.
It is normal for the product to separate after it has been sitting. Shake it well for 2-3 minutes and it will return to a more consistent, albeit thin consistency.
The thing to remember about this product is that it's designed to be applied super thin. On well-prepped vehicles, it will take less than 1 ounce to completely seal an entire midsize sedan. Apply it thin, let it dry to a haze, wipe it off with a quality microfiber towel, stand back and enjoy the shine.

Re: defective Deep Gloss Pain Sealant ?
Maybe use a stirring stick to help mix it. It will help get the stuff settled to the bottom. I had this happen to one of the WG Paint Sealant 3.0 samples I had. It just wouldn't mix up right by shaking it. Used a stirring stick and was able to loosen up the stuff on bottom and it mixed fine to normal.

The durability test stopped at about 6 and a half months when the owner, Jeff, stripped it all down and went with a carnauba wax.

Less than one ounce for an entire mid size car? Crap. I definitely was not being efficient. I'll shake the crap out of it a little more.
