Show N' Shine: 2010 Volvo XC90
Hey guys thought I'd share a recent correction I did for a client. This car was a TRAIN WRECK! The owner had his car "buffed" at the dealership by someone with zero rotary experience. It had holograms and buffer trails galore. He wanted me to perform a 1 step to keep it within his budget and this came out GORGEOUS! This paint was by far the easiest I have ever corrected. It wasnt to hard nor to soft......just right. 12 hrs start to finish. Ill let the pics speak for themselves .

Great 50/50 shots
A 12 hour 1-step?
Was the interior destroyed?
What was your process with FG400?
- # of passes
- machine speed
- downward pressure
- arm speed
- section size

Not taking up for him, but if he did the roof too, and took his time, I can see it.
OP, you should've sold him on trim restoration as well.

I'm curious to see his answer to these questions. And can vouch for the time he said with these larger cars. I did a Honda Odyssey a couple months back, and although slightly different, using Meg's D151 PRC was a time consuming process, AIO or not. After doing interior and stain removal.... I took about 12 hours.

Yeah, I need to get my 1-step/AIO times down to quicker turnover. It's perfect for some of my customers but really does get time consuming with multiple section passes, etc.

^ But a 1 step correction is more intensive than an AIO. So they should not take same amount of time. At least thats my $.02

Excellent work turning that dimmed black paintwork into beautiful deep rich black paintwork that screams "look at me"
