    I'm on my 2nd Med. Grade Speedy Prep Towel and I've used them maybe a couple dozen times and haven't marred paint with it yet.

    Even on black paint. I used the Med. Grade towel on this car and went straight to lsp without any marring at all.

    Eldorado is right. I have both the medium grade prep towel and prep pad for a DA polisher. The pad has and can cause marring but I have never marred paint with the prep towel.

    Also my prep towel is very well broken in and I use a healthy amount of suds and lube.
