Product Review: Race Ramps 2 Piece Car Service Ramps - 67"
PRODUCT REVIEW: RACE RAMPS 2 PIECE SERVICE RAMPS-67”
Introduction:
When it comes to maintenance on your vehicle such as an oil change, it can be hard to get underneath some of today’s modern vehicles. Some times you can get by with a jack placed underneath the vehicle to help raise it so you can access the drain plug.
However if you have a low riding vehicle such as mine that has been lowered you have no way to get under the vehicle to perform an oil change. This is where a quality set of ramps greatly helps in ease of access underneath the vehicle.
Product Description:
These-lightweight, low profile car ramps easily lift your car 10 inches off the ground, but they weigh only 15 pounds each, meaning that doing maintenance on your low clearance vehicle won't be the usual chore (no more heavy blocks of wood!) Most of all, our 67 inch Race Ramps are safe and Unscootable, hugging the ground and never slipping or sliding no matter what the ground's like -- grass, dirt and yes, even ice! If you're working in the garage or in the driveway, like all Race Ramps, it won't dig into, scratch or blemish your floors.
Product Details:
67 inches long, 14 inches wide
10 inch lift height with a 10.8 degree incline
1 set supports up to 3,000 pounds
Includes handy straps for carrying and storage
Special construction — won't scratch or mark your floors!
Lightweight — easy to carry and maneuver
Solid core — no holes or hollows for your favorite spider to live in!
Unscootable! Won't slip or slide, no matter the surface
Directions:
Select an area with a flat, level, and hard surface
Position vehicle about where you want it
Place ramps directly in front of tires and push against tire
Make sure the ramps line up to the vehicles line of travel
Use a spotter and gently drive up the ramps until vehicle reaches top
Place vehicle in park or in gear, set parking brake, and chock rear tires
PROS:
Easy to maneuver comparatively speaking
Gradual incline for easy loading
Great for low riding vehicles
Lightweight
Offers 10” of clearance beneath vehicle
Ramps are removable for ease of side access
CONS:
Price

Conclusion:
These ramps offer greater ease of access for servicing low riding vehicles where a traditional set of ramps will not clear the front bumper. Gone are the days of the rather abrupt incline found in so many other service ramps.

Re: Product Review: Race Ramps 2 Piece Car Service Ramps - 67"
I have a set of RaceRamps as well, except I got the 56" 2 piece. I wish I would have gotten the larger set in retrospect.
However I love them. They are light and strong, and most importantly, DO NOT SLIDE! Lots of other ramps tend to slide when the car begins to go up them, but not these. They have never budged one inch on me!
And my relatively low 350Z had no problem clearing these either.
If you do maintenance or use or need ramps, in my opinion, these are the only ones to get and while expensive, well worth the money!

Honestly (sorry for that) I never gave due value to those ramps but after watching this review I can only thing about buying a pair soon as I can!
Your review explained very well about the pros / cons and I could open my mind regarding this equipment, it's not an ordinary ramp but fruit of great Research & Development for sure.
Thanks a lot for placing this thread with your honest opinion, it was also great to read about our friends experiences with the product.
Best Wishes.

+1000
I had a set of rhino ramps that would scare the crap out of me driving up with my old truck. These don't budge, even on the slick finished concrete garage floor. Love the removeable section as well. It's the only ramp that lets me pull the challenger up without destroying the front lower spoiler. Worth every penny! I see they've re-engineered the way they lock together a bit, too.

Not going to lie one bit the first time u brought these out when we were working on my car it was a game changer. I will definitely be picking me up a set of these things when we are no longer neighbors. It made working on my lowered car 1000 times easier and the fact the seperate into two parts so u can get under the car from the side still and it makes them super portable and light! My wife is going to wonder where all of our money is going between everything u have showed me and gotten me into but every thing is worth every penny! Thanks again for everything bud
