LC pad problem... HELP!
Hello autogeek members!!!
I just recently received my detailing package and I ordered some LC orange, white and blue pads. Both my white and blue pads were flat on its face. However, the orange pad is caved in. It's not flat on its face. Is this normal?
Here's the picture of what I'm talking about:
Thanks for your input!

Re: LC pad problem... HELP!
Is this after use, or the way they came in
They're foam, so they tend to form around anything they're pressed against
That said, if that's the problem then just hook them on your PC, spritz a bit of water, or QD if you're ready to use them, and spin them up for a few seconds at 3. That should make them "pop" back into form
There are some pads that are flat, and others have a concave surface, which if this is your case, then that's just the way the pads are...

That's the way they came in. And all 3 of my orange pads are like this. I don't think it will pop back out of place or anything. I think it's really shaped like that.
It has a concave surface. What's the difference between this and a flat one? Wouldn't the flat one be better because it will make contact with the paint?
Does anybody have the concaved surfaced pad? How do you like it compared to the flat ones?
Regards
