    Ready for the Mud!

    Ready for the Mud!

Lipstick Red Wet Look Paint & Blacker than Black Wheels & Tires

At our last detailing boot camp class I let my class practice how to wetsand and use rotary buffers.

    Holograms and Sanding Marks
After the class, there are still some holograms and even wetsanding marks that need to be removed.

I have not had time to do a complete re-buff of the entire truck so I was saving it for another Thursday night project.

Buffed her out using Rupes Orbital Polishers + Rupes Compounds & Polishes along with Rupes Foam Buffing Pads

    Next....

We removed any leftover polishing oils using the Pinnacle Black Label Surface Cleansing Polish and then hand applied Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Paint Coating.

It was a lot of fun and enjoyed using the new Rupes Duetto. Also had a chance to use the new Rupes Mini. They are smoothing running machines.

The Rupes blue pad appears to be a little tricky to work with. If you apply too much product it tends to sling the product. Others mentioned the same thing. Didn't have any problems with the yellow Rupes pad.
