Hi Mike,
I can see the ghosting you're talking about...and I can see that it's been removed as well.
Is that a reflection of the floor underneath that left headlight, or is that some sort of stain? At first glance I thought it was a stain, but now I'm thinking it is a reflection.

Yeah I seen it too. Probably because this thing had a ton of overspray on it...

I'm pretty sure it's reflection. We mop and shine the floor every other week and even once a week if needed, so the Racedeck TuffShine tiles are usually pretty shiny.

Yes.
For the Cyclo you would need two pads.
Also see my article on how to clean them because anytime you're removing overspray it has to end up somewhere and that somewhere is on the face of the pads.

Guess I should have elaborated. Will one medium grade be adequate for my 7424XP with heavy overspray?

Yes.
One medium grade Nanosking Autoscrub Pad will be enough to mechanically decontaminate your car's paint.
