Tomorrow and this weekend the new navy blue vinyl wrap and 4 cans of the lifter1 bug and tar remover should arrive. Then Sat morning it's off to see the Dr for his assessment of what we need to install next.

Now we're just waiting on the new serviceable ball joint mevotech control arms and I should have ordered these from the beginning. Even the tie rod end could hold enough grease so we may have to replace those also. Turns out we must have hit some back bumps in Canada which forced out the grease.
Welp my assessment of what the knocking sound could be.. is correct I ran to autozone picked up some STP grease loaded it into the grease gun and was bale to grease 3 out of 4 ball joints. The two control arm ball joint boots are toast but I was able to get some grease in them. Took the van for a test drive and not a peep of knocking.
The 2 WIX air filters just arrived and can't wait to get this installed. These filters make a big difference in the van's performance as they are thinner designed as compared to other filters. Sadly, I'm not willing to buy another K&N filter as the first one contaminated the mass air sensor. K&N claims this can't happen.. Bet me..
In order to save the knocking control arms till the new control arms arrive, I order a heavy duty grease gun and it just arrived, But without the grease. I had ordered 2 grease tubes, but just canceled that order as I can run over to autozone for a single 14 oz tube this evening.
