Cleaning MF Pads on the fly??

Don't have access to an air compressor so I clean foam pads on the fly with a towel and denture brush--works great, but I'm going to pick up a few Optimum MF Cutting pads and was wondering can I clean them effectively on the fly using the brush and/or towel without damaging the MF pads???

I have used a grout brush with no ill effects. Have tried on both Megs and Optimum. I now have a good compressor that will be used for the first time Saturday.

I do the very same with my Optimum pads, works great.

You could also get a can of compressed air at Staples, the same air you use to clean your keyboard and stuff, works well, $6 each.

Re: Cleaning MF Pads on the fly??

Thanks for the input!!! I have a denture brush (got it at the Dollar Store for you guessed it $1) that I use with foam pads so it sounds like I could use the same brush with the MF pads?? Can I spin the MF pad and run the brush over the surface as I do with the foam pads without damaging the MF??
