Smaller DA pads for Makita circuar ??
Im about to order the Makita circular buffer, just wondering if it is ok to use some of the smaller DA pads with the cirular, ive noticed that some say for DA use, while the bigger pads like the 7 - 8.5 in pads are for the circular buffers....Does it matter ?

As long as you have the right backing plate. I'm using 6 inch lc flat pads on mine.

I use both 6.5 and 5.5 pads on mine. I like the 5.5 the best, I feel it is easier to control

You can go from 3" to 8" pads on the Makita. Yes they do make a backing plate for the 3" pads.

Where does one find a 3" pad? I have the 3"bp but no 3"pads. The BP came in a kit of 4in pads
Thanks

I recently picked up the CCS Spot Buffs 4 Inch Foam Pad Kit Free Bonus! for use with my Flex L3403 Rotary. My first pads other than 6.5" between both my Flex's, they are great!
