Figure AG might be a tad busy today lol ! will check out the sprayer when I get home from work today. if I am unable to figure it out I will wait until the weekend is over. thanks for trying to help me out. have seen the good reviews on the product, so I wanted to check it out on my ride before using on a customer car .

Re: cockpit-trim sealant
Setec, I lifted the sprayer and tube out of the bottle last night and found out what the issue was. in the opening of bottom of the tube there was a solid piece of material stuck in the tube. tapped the bottom of the tube with my finger and the light orange color particle fell into the sink drain before I could grab it . not sure what it was. hardened chemical ? never seen this before.

Re: cockpit-trim sealant
Sounds like a piece of crab shell from last year's detail fest?
Glad you got it working, hopefully you like the product.

Yes. I have found that if you unscrew the cap to the sprayer that it will work. I assumed that the lid seals so tight that air cannot get in after the first spray or two. I'll have to take it apart and see if he tube is clogged like yours was.

I did unscrew the cap on mine to be sure that the tube was in the sprayer the first time , to be sure the top portion was in working order. the second time I removed the whole assembly and when I went to check the bottom of the tube for suction i noticed the foreign object in the very bottom of the tube. I just tapped the tube with my finger and the particle fell out and into my sink drain. check the bottom of your tube. let us know how it goes.
