After sitting the winter in the house, my Wolfgang SCS sprayer head clogged up. I tried soaking it in hot water but to no avail. Might have to source a different style sprayer.

I have had this happen with a couple different ceramic ceramic spray coating nozzles. I wonder if there is a way to clean the nozzle after use?

Yeah spray coatings will do that. Flush sprayer with water when done. I stopped using the sprayers for chance of overspray.

When i did need to flush them just put tube in a cup of water and sprayed 10-15 times.

Same on both accounts with me.

Once that coating dries in the spray head it is solid and not coming out. If it was easy to remove from a sprayer, it would be easy to remove from the surface of your car, and that isn't what you want from a coating!

Clogged sprayers could be a real problem when I used CanCoat. The minute I was done using it, I'd take off the spray head and stick it in a bucket of water/APC solution (the same bucket I'd soak my buffing towels) and start pumping water through it. If I didn't do that the sprayer itself would freeze up with dried product to the point the pump spray button top wouldn't even actuate let alone get product to pass through the spray opening on the head.

I found some small spray bottles at walmart for 97cents each. I'll transfer some into one when I go to use it. I found them in with travel plastic containers.
