B.Should I use same type of pads and polish on the white cars and the black one,and what type as far as light ,med, heavy pads should I use?thanks guys TIA

There really is not a best option in the industry. The porter cable would be better but imo the better one that that is the griots red da, has a lifetime warranty.
You should use the same type of pads and polish. Color does not matter. Rule of thumb is go with the least aggressive method. Since you are new I would try hd adapt or the hd line of stuff as they are easy to work with.

it looks like the Pc,and it comes with the backing plate and all those pads.wondering does it bog out like the PC to keep from burning through when applying too much pressure
