Re: bad scratches, need help please!!
Sorry to be the first to post the obvious but this is a repaint.... not a touch up. With all the blending you may want to do on this with touch up paint, you will be faced with a severely damaged surface which will never look 100% right and/or will be stable enough (on a plastic "flexible" bumper) that you will be able to put a polisher on it without fear of removing the repair.

Plus one on Dr pains post its better to repaint, and or have it done professionally not saying you can't do it yourself though there are some serious body lines etc that are in the way/I know you'll like to preserve, therefore give the headache in a sense to the pro

This definitely has to go in for a repaint job. Touchup won't look good and you might not get the result as expected. As advised above let the pros handle the work.

Re: bad scratches, need help please!!
Definitely concur with opinions that repaint is needed. Where do you live? Perhaps others on this forum can suggest great body shops. For instance, if you live near Tulsa OK, Huber Restoration is a number one choice - awesome quality work. Number two choice would be Hourglass. At these two quality body shops, you would be looking at a $600.00 - $700.00 cost for repainting. Unfortunately, I know this from personal experience.

Nice to see someone else on here from Tulsa. I'm familiar with Hourglass but I never heard of Huber Restoration.

Unfortunately, no other option than a repaint at this time.
