LOL. I meant to say it is easy to compare them in theory but they behave differently when you actually use them a few times.

This looks like a good deal for sure. Thanks!

This is a bargain esp. for a body shop. A big gallon for 50. I like it.

Has anyone had experience with this? I'm leaning towards m100, or this optimum.

I think if you order it today while the sale is going on you will get the 20% off, as well, and free shipping since you are in FL. Make sure to use the LABOR2014 code.

There is no dust with the Optimum spray products and a really long work time, it just isn't going to have quite the cut of M105 or M100 or FG400.

That is a closeout sale because they are changing the color, so don't wait too long or it might be gone.

    will do.

Since you used it before, does it leave alot of hazing? This doesn't really matter to me, just trying to better understand the product.

    Re: Power Gloss Vs m105

None of these SMAT compounds leave hazing like the old school compounds, if you get any hazing it will likely be from your wool pad. Of course since you are using it on fresh paint your results might vary a bit. I guess the real question is does it have enough cut for you, it's a couple steps down from M105 if you look at this chart: http://www.autopiaforums.com/Todd-He...lish-chart.jpg

    thanks for that chart!

I have been using this brand,

Shoot, I dunno nothin' bout wool, to speak of. You really need to take a ride to Autogeek and shoot the breeze with Mike Phillips, he just posted recently about using a wool pad on a Ferrari...ya got like one minute left on that sale!

    Re: Power Gloss Vs m105

I saw you were asking about the Hyper Compound on another forum--what is on sale here at the closeout price is the older version that has a bit less cut than M105/M100--that advice you got was about the new (orange) version which isn't available here yet.
