    Cool Whats your favorite...

compounds for removing scratches with the following machines...

    Random-orbital DA?

    Rotary?

Forced rotation DA(such as the Flex 3401)?

    Thanks,
    Dan

I only use a DA polisher (thanks to Megs) at this point. For compounding D300/M105 combo or Optimum hyper compound. All work beautifully with MF buffing discs. I'm Also looking at UNO HD which is causing quite a stir lately.

    Hi Dan,

My favorite is the product, pad, and machine combination that removes the defect. This may sound like a political response but there's no clear definitive answer. If you asked which one removes the surface defect the quickest then my choice would be my rotary.

Meguiar's M105 and Menzerna Power Gloss are the two most aggressive products I use with all 3 machines you've listed above..

Bingo. There's no such thing as a magic answer.

    M105!!!

I wish they update M105 with less dusting, then it will be king of all compounds.
