Judging by this thread ONLY (don't know if there's a history here). I'd say the reason you're at this point is because you sort of called Fred a dousche for suggesting YOUR product.

Thought that was a very strange response being that you represent the very product he suggested. I didn't get a sense of sarcasm in his suggestion...but maybe you did?

    There's a history, Kris

There's NO DOUBT Fred was being sarcastic in this thread.

Re: New to wetsanding, did I mess up?

My trusty friend Kevin Brown gave me some advice on this problem. I sent him a few pictures and he told me it looks to be air bubbles trapped when the paint was sprayed. He said that more aggressive sanding would be required to eliminate them. I went from 3000 to 1500 grit, then polished, and it worked like a charm!

    Thanks Kevin!

Glad you got to the bottom of it Mark! I always use the least aggressive method first too...and would have been reluctant to go further on my own from what you described. It's nice to have experts like KB and many others available proving that forums are invaluable.

Wow, what an opportunity! You could take 2 or 3 years writing a tome in infinite detail outlining your process and keep the masses on the edge of their seat waiting. Call it the 'Mark z-oh-6 Method'. You could be famous! Or infamous...
