    Re: issues with PigTails

    Thank you Mike
I post on forum and was worry that you will miss the post, therefore I sent also PM.
Anyway seems that trizact discs will be the way for future and I'll buy a good amount of them. How many 1500 trizact discs are usually consumed on one car (audi a6) with huge orange peel? Next half of car I will work more with 3000 grid. Unfortunately 5000 grid is not available in europe, only jump from 3000 to 6000 from trizact. Will give a try and looking forward for great finish! ;-)

I personally love the Trizact 3000/5000, but I hate the 1500. It just doesn't cut very well. Mike, have you tried the new 1500 grit 30667 Purple finishing discs (dry)? Just like the regular hookit disks but ALOT less build up and pigtails! They also make it in 2000!

Its fantastic! I had to quit using the regular stuff and went back to old fashioned wet sanding. I now use the new discs all the time if I have any texture issues. No problems yet!
