Even though the Can Am Vettes are very different from the Corvette built especially for the movie Corvette Summer, it's the fairly aggressive changes to the body style that they have i common.

When I first did a little research on the Can Am Vettes I too thought of the Corvette from the movie, Corvette Summer.

Here are some pictures and links of my father inlaws Greenwood Corvette. He has had it for about 25 years now and never stops tinkering with it. He installed a new Patriot 520 HP crate motor over the winter all by himself, quite a feat for a guy 70 years young. One of his favorite hang outs is Rad Rides By Troy. He lives about 5 miles from there and had them dyno tune it last month. If you want to know just about anything concerning the Greenwood cars just ask he can tell you. One of the things that makes his a bit more special is the whole nose of the car is hand formed alluminum and then glassed into the fenders.

John Zandy’s Greenwood wide-body has Chicago Vice heritage and radical looks. But how fast will it go?

The Can Am Corvette Project coming this Thursday has a lot of swirls. I have some new compounds and polishes to test out and I'm going to need some people that are proficient with the rotary buffer, so if that sounds like you then plan to be here for this exciting extreme makeover. We'll also need people to run the DA Polishers and the Flex 3401 Forced Rotation Dual Action Polishers


Massive, horrendous swirls throughout the clear coat...








Plus I think the Swirl Girls, Amy and Janna will be here to help wipe-off the wax and add the finishing touch plus I think Amy is bringing a new friend?
