Streak free windows by accident

So here's something I discovered by accident while detailing at one of my car dealer clients......

It's freezing cold here now so that means loading and unloading everything all the time. I knew it was bound to happen sooner or later....I'd forget something. This time it was my vinegar/water solution for cleaning the windows.

There I am stuck 30 mins from my place, 90% done and no window cleaner. I looked over my assortment of products....out I pop the Meg's wash n wax anywhere. White solution in a spray bottle. I test some out on the drivers window.....boom! Worked amazing.

Did the rest of the Tahoe I was working on with it with zero streaks.

Expensive window cleaner maybe....but in a pinch it was great! I'll be doing my Denali's windows tomorrow with it!

What does everyone else use for windows?

I've used ONR and ONR with wax many times for windows in a QD solution. Not perfect but works great at times and in a pinch.

Like Mark said, I actually use ONR often to clean the windows and leaves a streak free shine. Just testing out, I once used some ReLoad on my windows in my car. It was all I had floating around and it cleaned all of the gunk and left a slick finish.

Like you said, it definitely is expensive and not worth being used often but in a pinch, it is good to know!

I use a glass cleaner from company called losoera. Technique plays a major part in achieving a streak free window. I use a clean micro fiber towel along with blue hospital lint free paper towel (22x20). Works perfect every time for me
