You can also buy a clothes shaver for around 10 - 15 bucks. Amazon carries them. Has a guard so you don't snag or cut below the surface.

I'm pretty sure you can find those at Walmart or fabric/sewing specialty stores, maybe even large craft stores like Michaels.

Or some automotive logos. Shaving a Chevy Bowtie into some plain carpet mats doesn't seem like it would be too difficult.

Especially fun if you're doing it to your buddy's Ford.
