I have yet to find an odor that plain old full strength IPA won't kill. It's the main ingredient in all those pet store odor products too. It's a solvent and disinfectant so it kills and dissolves whatever is stinking. It even eliminates cigarette smoke odor. Just take 91% IPL, and spray it or just pour it on the spot. Also the pet shop product Natures Miracle has IPL plus enzymes that eat any organic residue, like dog poo or in your case milk.

I was just going to mention using an enzyme bacteria digester. Your spill is organinic. The trick is to mix it and let it fully saturate the spill I think you let it sit about 12-24 hours and then simply extract.
