    Question Best wax for Silver Cars?

    Hi. I have three Silver cars. Which wax would you consider to be the the best for this color, Fuzion or Black Label Synergy. I've tried Fuzion with great results and have now read about Synergy. Which is better? I'm confused.

    Your help is appreciated!

    Personally I like sealants on Silver, like Menzerna Power Lock.

    I would go with fusion as far as a silver car,on the other hand if it were black I would opted for synergy for more depth. There are limitation to waxing a silver car for aesthetics looks so fusion would be a good choice if there is no polishing done.another great product is 4 star weather paint protection with poly booster in it,I use this stuff on almost every thing.

    From my understanding of LSP categories:
    Both Fuzion and BL Synergy are "Hybrids"...
    not Finishing Waxes.

    So...IMO:
    Since you've already tried Fuzion; and, unless
    you're going to rely solely on anecdotal accounts;
    the best way for you to find out if Synergy is
    "better" than Fuzion (or not) is to do a side-by-side
    comparison on a vehicle's panel---say, like a hood.

    Best wax for Silver Cars?

    For something that's a wax, I like collonite 845 on silver. For a sealant I like menzerna powerlock on silver. In general powerlock is easier to use than 845. Either should give you similar durability.

    I personally like the way sealants look on my silver car. No much depth can be achieved with a color like silver, at least in my opinion. However, with sealants, the gloss is substantial. I personally use Wolfgang or Blackfire sealant.

    The truth is, its what you do before you apply a wax or sealant that is going to have the biggest impact in how the paint looks than a wax or sealant alone. The key is in the prep!

    I've seen Optiseal give some good looks to silver....durability isn't the greatest, but because it's soo easy to apply u can top it up every month or two

    Collinite 915 as a wax did wonders for the shine on an Acadia I owned.
