vx5000, but you can't get it from AG.

It will loosen caked on dirt, sanitize seats, break up stains. Shoot, steamers can be used for about anything inside the car or around the house.

HF sells one for just over 100 if you wanna try one or plan on giving it super light duty.

    Re: Steamer

What level are you at with detailing? What do you plan on using one for the most? The ones AG sells are a great value. The newest offer that comes with a cart seems a little high in comparison to the
vx5000 but is probably worth it non the less.

    Re: Steamer

I have a handheld/portable steamer (that's got quite a bit of power) that I use around the house and love. I've used it in the cars, too. Has a variety of attachments. The 'nozzle' attachment is great for blowing dust out of the vents in my car.

Doesn't have to be an 'auto detailing' steamer I'm sure! I think I got this one at Macy's for $50. Works great. Also works great to clean my counters, oven, etc. at home. Takes stains out of shirts, etc. Even use it on carpet in my living room to take out stains! I love having a steamer for the home. (I have a couple now, actually, for various purposes)

I have a Dupray Tosca and its pretty sweet. It gets the most use in the house but I've been extremely impressed with what it can do detailing related as well... especially wheels and carpets.
