Relating to the GT500 thread, his buddy decided he wanted his 08 Roush 427R done as well. This was a 6k mile car but the paint looked like a 100k mile car. It looked like someone used beach towels to dry it off, and a shelf for storage due to all the scratches from what looked like cardboard boxes being sat on top of it and dragged across. Not to mention, it was some of the softest black paint I've ever dealt with.

He dropped this off at 9 at night so sun was long gone and figured I'd go ahead and get started. So again.....no overall before pics.
50/50 test spot on the hood. It was scratched and marred like crazy:
Getting there:
There we go:
The entire car looked like this so I did a few more test spots but didn't take any more pictures: Now the sun was nowhere to be found once I finished, actually it rained for about 10 minutes so I'm disappointed that I didn't get any decent final shots because the black came out deep and wet looking.
Here is what I did get though:
Rear bumper had been resprayed at some point and wasn't finished or wet sanded so that is the reason for the lack of depth in the pics. Owner is going to have it re shot anyway.....
The sun peaked out for all of 30 seconds and I was trying to hurry to grab this pic and my giant finger ended up over the lense. :\
My favorite pic:
