Re: Dedicatedperfection: 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited
Hey Mike great job, do you have any idea what these little yellow spots are, I usually get them after winter is over, they kinda look like rust spots?

Thank you kindly sir. Will do.
However I'm not so sure about the part of being a true craftsman.

Thank you sir.
These are rust spots caused from using metallic brake pads and rotors. When you brake, tiny metallic dust clouds are created and float around the car. Then they will stick to the sides of the car and when exposed to long periods of moisture, rain, snow, etc. will form rust spots in the paint.

Dear Michael,
You've been incessantly demonstrating how dedication leads to perfection, this thread is no exception.
Detailing involves a lot of hard work; and capturing the details on camera while working doubles the trouble... it's inspiring to watch your efforts in showing us how it should be done. Congratulations my friend, truly a turnaround.
Best Wishes!

Amazing work Mike!
Weird Question: I always notice you work on quite a few American spec cars, even though you are in Germany. Are these Military deployments or just American car lovers?
Another example was the American Passat you worked on a little while ago.
Always made me wonder haha

Use iron x, cay bar or nano skin to remove the spots.

If I ever have to move to Germany I think I will have to have you clean my car for me! Great work as usual.

Hahaha. Im military stationed in Germany. Most bring their vehicles with them over here.
Sometimes its a bit odd to see our full size vehicles sharing the road with the smaller European size vehicles.

But take it a step further and combine all three. Then polish and seal afterwards.
