BTW, you didn't happen to notice any little girl's trophies laying around at his house did you?

Love that color BTW!!!
Offered the Synergy. He said "no". Since he has no place to keep it up, coatng makes the best sense. But would have loved to see it on there.

Very nice job you guys!!! Paint is looking great! Nothing beats a coating especially when life gets busy.
Those are new wheels right Roshan? It's the updated Camaro wheels if I'm not mistaken. Are you planning to plastidip it again white?

Marc, you have an extreme eye for detail my man!
They are the new wheels. Take off wheels and tires from a brand new Camaro costs $1100. New tires from tirerack cost $900 plus fees of getting a shop to put them on and mount them and what not.
Bought the takeoff wheels, sold my old wheels and shot tires for $350. So ended up getting new wheels and tires for $850 compared to just new tires for over $900. No brainer really
As for the plastidip, no. They are more of a hassle than it's worth. You have to apply so many coats to get it looking good white and even though I had plenty of coats it still came off in pieces and it was difficult to maintain. I'm sticking to the normal color for now

Looks great, Know whats funny on that far away shot with the tape still around the hash marks. I like it I think it looks really good with the lighter blue outline on the white hash marks on the medium blue car.

Very good work and share, it's amazing to see what can be achieved with only a compounding step performed by true detailers. Awesome!
Thanks for sharing process and results,

Hmm, interesting, gonna have to take a second look! I think I'm done changing colors though, everytime I do something ends up not perfect and it drives me insane lmao! OCDetailing at its finest

I think we got to give more credit to the FG400 here. That stuff is just amazing on so many paints. It really likes to be worked in, but if you make it happy, man oh man, will it give you some amazing results!
Thanks for looking!

Great work you two. Sure is nice to have a friend that you trust with buffing skills help you out on your own ride. I'm glad my boy James (281) volunteered to help me on mine. All thanks to this forum.
