Talking 2008 VW Passat . woow

i walked in on a mine. Someone did a Brillo pad job and loads of scratches.. took a lot but the end result was very good
Rupes 21 with 6" green pad and FG400. some spots i had to send down with 1500 and follow up with 3000. Topped it with Blackfire paint sealer and Collinite

    test spots

all done no wax just wiped down and prepped for sealer and wax
didn't take any pix after it got late

    thank you for looking

Very nice work!! It constantly amazes me what some people use to clean their cars, where do they even come up with the ideas?

thanks guys.. and i have no clue what people think when they grab Brillo or steel wool to clean paint.. this AINT a cooking pot or something along those lines.
Btw iv seen people removing snow and ice of the car with Snow shovel with steel blade on the edge!!!! now WTH lol…
Some people just treat their vehicles as a transportation device they just don't care, but when its a lease car and dealer gives them 1500$ or more fine they cry…
oh well without those people we would not have hobby lol..

I've seen people scrape snow off their cars with snow shovels.

Nice job! Did you say how long it took?

I detailed one for a guy who used a window ice scraper on the hood of his car, put some pretty bad gouges in the paint and he thought it was kinda funny

Look at it this way. At least you didn't have to clay it.
